There could be no complaints about storage in the Le Mans from Commodore Homes. Not only is there a spacious luxury gourmet kitchen with a huge walk-in pantry but also a scullery and then a laundry off the scullery with a walk-in linen cupboard even bigger than the pantry.
All three areas also have their own sinks and storage cupboards. The kitchen sink is placed under the window so there is a view to the garden when dealing with the drudge of washing up or preparing food.
This window also doubles as a servery to the alfresco area from the kitchen. This leaves the island bench uncluttered with a double sink so it is a clear space for food preparation or for serving a snack or breakfast.
The Technika stainless-steel appliances include a 900mm gas hotplate, a glass canopy range hood and underbench oven. All the family living areas are placed across the rear of the home including the home theatre.
There are sliding doors opening from the living room on to the alfresco area and the generous open-plan living area has high ceilings throughout. “This display is one of our largest, and will certainly appeal to clients who are looking for value for money,” said Commodore Homes brand manager.
“It’s the family zone which will really stand out to our buyers. It’s an all– encompassing social area. “The island bench doubles as storage and additional seating and the sink is located off to the side, a place where family and friends can come together and discuss the day’s activities.”.
The entry to the Le Mans is through double doors into a spacious hall which has an elevated recess in the ceiling. The family bedroom wing is virtually independent of the rest of the house. It is accessed from the main entry hall through its own activity area, which is surrounded by three bedrooms and a central bathroom.
The main suite is also accessed off the front entry hall, only this is on the opposite side of the house behind the double garage. In fact, you can access the suite directly from the garage as well as the entry hall.
The bedroom in the main suite has dual walk-in robes, which are located behind the bed, and a luxury ensuite bathroom.
