A striking, angular design, with a mix of materials and finishes, creates an appealing first impression of the Monte Blanco display home in Landsdale.
Commodore Homes Brand Manager said the display was one of the largest in the suite of homes built by the company and, as such, represented excellent value for money. The space in the Monte Blanco had been very cleverly designed to ensure every available centimetre was utilised, he said.
“There’s an abundance of storage, from additional space in the garage, to a large walk-in pantry in the kitchen, and a roomy walk-in robe in the main suite. And the zoning of the home will no doubt appeal to clients with children.”
Wide double doors lead to the entry hall and the main bedroom suite at the front. Corner windows provide a view of the front planter boxes and there is a long walk-in robe behind the bed.
The ensuite has a shower at one end and a separate toilet at the other, with twin above– counter vanity basins in between. A home theatre, away from the main living area, provides room for a secluded retreat, the perfect place to relax and unwind with the latest movie release.
In the centre of the home is the combined kitchen, dining and family area which form the social hub of the home. This living space is the ideal place for the family to get together, whether it’s over breakfast at the kitchen bench, dinner at the dining table, or a chat in the family room.
And when it’s time for a party, guests can spill out to the alfresco area through the glass sliding doors. An island bench doubles as a breakfast bar and there is plenty of storage, including overhead cupboards and an appliance recess.
Along the back wall are stainless-steel appliances including an underbench oven, hotplate and range hood, and behind the kitchen is the laundry with a linen cupboard.
At the back of the home are three children’s bedrooms, grouped around a handy activity room with a sliding glass door to the alfresco area. Each of the bedrooms has a sliding door built-in robe and they share a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.
The Monte Blanco has a living area of 206sqm and a total area of 270sqm.
